I finally had a little time to hang out in my sewing space -- just long enough to cut up a some vintage fabric I recently "acquired" for quilt blocks. No plan, no idea what will develop. Not sure if I will work on it over the next few weeks or let it sit for a year. 🤔😉

Secondly, I'm sending this reading pillow out to a new home this weekend. It looks a little different than the other ones I've made since the main pocket is a little shorter, but the trucks and the blue ticking stripes are fun. 🛻🚚

I finally had a minute to finish sewing this one together - a belated birthday present for a sweet little Sesame Street loving guy. I made the dividers on the front pocket narrow enough to hold all the little characters. The main pocket is his favorite color. ❤️💙💚💛💜

I've been working on some fun 4th of July decorations.

All of the fabric was sourced secondhand except for the cute American flag print, which I added from a local quilt shop, combining the "old" with a little something new. My first trial was this longer 10 pennant bunting, but stay tuned for the perfect size banner to hang on your front door to celebrate the holiday. 🇺🇲💕
