Hum is happy to announce we’ll be playing a few shows in 2026 as part of the Slide Away Festival. We’ll be playing all dates of the festival in Brooklyn, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

We don’t have anything more planned, but are excited to fire up the machine once again with our brother in arms, Jason Gerken, behind the drums. We hope you’ll come and join us at these shows.

It is with very heavy hearts and tear filled eyes that we share the news that our beloved friend and bandmate, Bryan St. Pere, has passed away. We are devastated and deeply saddened by his sudden, and unexpected passing. Bryan was a dear friend, a loving father, brother, and was an incredible person and musician. We all feel extremely lucky to have shared time and space with him. Peace and love to all who knew Bryan, and those he touched. We will miss him dearly.

Earth Analog Records Welcome to Earth Analog Records

Hi all,
First off, the band sincerely appreciates all of the generous support and kind words we've received after releasing Inlet. We're not the best at responding, but it means a lot. So thanks again, from all of us!

Over the last few months, we've successfully navigated through some licensing stuff allowing us to re-release updated versions of Electra 2000, and You'd Prefer An Astronaut on vinyl. Our plan involves re-mastering and cutting higher quality pressings of these two records. Our hope is to do CD's as well if possible. We'll post another update once we iron out all of the details on release dates, label, etc... Since we've seen some inflated prices on the secondary market for our older records, we wanted to let people know as soon as possible. If folks don't mind waiting a little longer, we'll be able to produce a higher quality pressing that we have control over, and are proud of. We'll also have more copies of our Downward is Heavenward re-issue available in the near future as well.

We hope you all are healthy and well, and 2021 turns out to be a little easier for everyone. Take care.

Hi friends. I've received all of my inventory and updated my big cartel store. Ready to receive orders on some of our legacy merch. I have a few more copies of downward vinyl available too. If you visit and it is showing as sold out just know that it's no big deal. We are making more. (I encourage you to avoid the secondary market for our Downward vinyl re-issue in general. You'll just end up paying more than it's worth. We intend to continue pressing as long as there is need.) Same with the shirts. I'll keep an eye on the inventory, and if any of the shirts/sizes sell out quickly we'll order more. No sweat. Anyway...gotta run. Tweaking my resume for that recently opened Illinois football gig.
