WHAT IS PRISONERS’ RIGHTS RESEARCH PROJECT? Prisoners' Rights Research Project (PRRP) involves student volunteers, working under a faculty advisor and more advanced student supervisors, who research and respond to legal research questions posed by indigent prisoners incarcerated across the country.
