Deuteronomy 31:6
“So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.”

Everyone wants to hit a side chest like Arnold…
but you might not be setting it up to show your physique at its best.

❌ Most common mistakes:

* not rotating rear shoulder enough - losing width
* not opening and lifting the chest
* weak leg drive (losing hamstring/glute detail)
* leaving gaps between arms or squishing arms into body- narrowing yourself out.

Slow it down. Build the pose.

Day 4 of 100 — Become undeniable.

The rear relaxed is one of the hardest poses to master…
because it’s not something you can fully see. But the judges see everything.

❌ Most common mistakes:

* contracting back - being scrunched
* legs being too narrow or to wide
* glutes and hamstrings not activated
* arms to high - handlebaring

Growing up with just you, you took on the role of both parents and in doing so, you shaped me into the man I am today. Everything I’ve learned about strength, resilience, and character started with you. I just hope that one day I can truly live up to the man you already see in me.

If there’s one lesson that’s always stayed with me, it’s this: “Do what you can do, not what you can’t do.” But you also showed me that just because something is difficult doesn’t mean it’s impossible. You taught me grit, discipline, and grace. You taught me to give everything to God and most importantly, to enjoy the process, have fun, and laugh along the way.
