Exposed is an organization designed to create events in which allow artists to present and perform their written work.
It incorporates performances of Poetry, Spoken Word, Comedy, Visual Art, Film, and Live Music. Exposed seeks to unite various community agencies to strengthen and develop the performing arts in the Champaign-Urbana area.

Mother's! Come out to Echoes of Emmett to listen to Spoken Word presented by Unit 4 High schooler's along with musical performances and visual artwork they have created through the Echoes of Emmett workshops!
We have had such a great summer, built some new partnerships, and reached new audiences but just like the seasons, we at Exposed are also transitioning, therefore we will not be holding an October Edition of Exposed. It is necessary to allow space to grow. We want to continue to find ways of enhancing and providing an inspiring experience for our artists and our audience.

Our last Exposed on the Road show of the summer was a youth based project that showcased talents of area youth played alongside films they created surrounding the discussion on racial/social injustice. Thank you to all the organizations involved!
