Hi Everyone! WIP, one of FACES’s clients this semester, is hosting a Barter Social event Saturday, May 2 at Siebel Center for Design from 1-4 pm.  This event is centered around swapping items to simulate a secondhand marketplace and encouraging sustainable practices around end of the semester move-out.  Please fill out the form linked through a QR code on the attached flyer to participate in the swap, by Friday May 1.  This event is open for all U of I students and is free of cost, so please feel free to join with friends outside of FACES as well.  Hope to see you all there!

✨For our next consultant spotlight, we have Lisa Zhou. Lisa is a sophomore in accounting and information systems. She is from Shanghai, China and has been a part of FACES for 2 semesters.

She describes that FACES has played a meaningful role in her professional growth by allowing directly with clients and her team. Her favorite memory includes her final presentation with the client after a semester filled with research and preparation.

We are happy to have her be a part of FACES and look forward to future opportunities with you! ✨

Our next consultant spotlight is Mukund Vegunta! Mukund is currently a freshman studying economics. He is from Bridgewater in New Jersey and has been a part of FACES for 1 semester. In this post, he shares how FACES has helped him develop his professional skills.

He mentions that his favorite memory with FACES was his team social at LaTea, which allowed him to bond with his group.

We will be introducing consulting spotlights! Here is to our first one: Krisha Patel! She is a freshman in Accounting and Finance at Gies. She is from Des Plaines and has been at FACES for 1 semester. She shares how FACES has helped her grow as an individual and her favorite memory involves getting boba at LaTea with her teammates.
