Here's some before and after pics of a local bank repo that needed cleaned up before it could be realtor listed. Clean-up billing was for 3 days labor and haul away fees. After pics show "saleable condition" and this property was sold 4 days after realtor put his sign in the yard!-Doesn't always happen that way, but we'll call it SOLD anyway!
