Kicking off the week with our summer cohort! We've got many talented individuals part of the lab this summer and look forward to projects we will be tackling.

We believe that a hands-on approach is the best way to learn, but also, a great way to have fun!

Ninaad Sridharan, one of our mechanical engineer interns, works alongside Max Newberry, our software developer, lead to assemble an Aventon Level-E bike.

We've outgrown our current home and are taking the necessary step forward in extending tech center capabilities, invest in state-of-the-art technologies, and adding to our team. i-Jet Lab is dedicated to a multidisciplinary approach of combining design, engineering, and computer science to work alongside Brunswick and brands in support of Brunswick’s ACES (Autonomy, Connectivity, Electrification, and Sustainability) strategy to augment the recreational boating experience. Additionally, we foster growth of student interns through professional mentorship and experiences.

At i-Jet, collaboration is the key to our success. The interns often brainstorm across teams and receive constructive feedback from their peers. Our open concept office space breaks down barriers and is conducive to fluid communication and team-bonding. The inclusive office culture we have fosters innovation and a collaborative design approach. Above all, we value a fun and exciting atmosphere where our interns get the opportunity to learn from each other as well as from corporate professionals. Everyone is encouraged to laugh a lot, learn a lot, and grow a lot.
