We are a precision CNC machine shop producing a wide variety of parts using conventional and unconve In 1986 we purchased our first CNC mill and lathe.

We are a precision machine shop located in central Illinois. Our company was started on April 1 (no joke), 1982 by Werner and Elaine Wagner. They had, and still have a simple philosophy – run a lean business that makes high quality parts at a reasonable price. We have grown steadily for 30 years based on our reputation for doing just that. As part of that philosophy, we have never relied on advert

Our Wire EDM expertise goes beyond the basics. We’ve cut a wide range of complex parts from materials including steel, copper, and aluminum, each with precision and efficiency.

By cutting blanks with EDM, we streamline downstream operations and significantly reduce machining time. In fact, aluminum and copper cut up to 3–5x faster than steel, making EDM a smart choice for complex geometries and high-precision components.

Fifteen years of machining later, and the 5-axis Hurco we bought in 2010 is still holding incredible precision. After replacing the spindle and running full calibration, the trunnion and centerline calculations came out within two ten-thousandths of an inch (.0002").

That’s the power of proactive, in-house maintenance: keeping equipment running at peak performance year after year.
