Befriend your body at any size is a supportive, affirming coaching group designed for plus-size folx who are ready to build a kinder, more respectful relationship with their body, without shrinking, fixing, or “earning” worth.

In this group, we will gently but intentionally unlearn diet culture and diet industry myths, unpack internalized fatphobia, and explore how systems of oppression (including racism, ableism, heternormativity, and sizeism) shape our body image experiences. We honor that body image is not one-size-fits-all, and that your relationship with your body is deeply personal, political, and shaped by your lived identity.

Q***r Cancer Collective: Bodies, Pleasure, and Possibilities is a virtual s*x education and peer support group for LGBTQIA+ adults navigating life with, through, or beyond cancer. This group is not psychotherapy, counseling, crisis support, or medical care. The purpose of this group is to provide inclusive education, community connection, discussion, and support around topics such as body image, s*xuality, intimacy, pleasure, relationships, identity, and navigating changes related to cancer experiences.

We have many CE courses ready for you to explore, like Nick Marzo's S*x, S*xuality, and Recovery workshop.
For many clients, substance use is intertwined with their s*xual behavior and expression. The recovery process often overlooks the impact of sobriety on s*xual expression. This program will explore the relationship between s*x and substance use with an emphasis on methamphetamine and men who have s*x with men; review s*xual templates and scripts, how they are developed; assessing and overcoming the shame associated with high risk behaviors; integrating s*xual activity into the recovery plan, and tools for helping clients return to healthy s*xual interactions while in recovery.
This course will offer 3 AASECT and NBCC hours.

We’re excited to welcome Huy Trinh (he/him) to Modern Path as an In-Office and Remote Counseling Student Intern beginning this August!
Huy is a graduate student in Clinical/Counseling Psychology at Clayton State University. As a q***r Vietnamese working-class immigrant, he is committed to liberatory practice and community healing. He offers counseling services in tiếng Việt and English and is passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults through various life challenges, including navigating multiple identities and the emotional impacts of systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma.
Huy’s approach is person-centered and structurally conscious, with an emphasis on strength-based solidarity. We’re excited to have him joining the team!
