The name on my polo beneath the logo, “Geronimo”, was given to me by Otie, way back in 2019. Otie was delegated, by Steve Collins (big man in the last pic), the task of teaching me how to fly the yellow biplane before the ink could even dry on my tailwheel endorsement and only 6 hours of tailwheel time. I guess he forgot my name, Victorino (I don’t blame him, not many Victorinos out there), so he called me Geronimo. I had long hair at the time and he probably thought I was crazy for wanting to start a rides business. I never imagined at that time, that I would end up becoming the owner of that very first Waco I ever flew, N7020L, “The Yellow Biplane”. Pinching myself right now.
