Jobsite Drop In with Opp Masonry!!

This fireplace started as stone and was converted using General Shale's Carbondale Modular Thin Brick with Calamus mortar.

The finished install has the look and feel of full brick, which is exactly what you want from a thin brick project. Corners were used along the hearth top edge and on the sides where the face returns back to the wall, giving everything a clean, finished look from every angle.

Great update to this space, and a strong example of how thin brick can completely change the look of an existing fireplace.
