Next up on the calendar, Saturday, November 1st, headed to Central City for Dad's, Ronnie Ambrose, induction to the Kentucky Racing Hall of Fame at 2pm. We will have the car there showing. Then, time permitting, on to Red Hill Speedway in Sumner Illinois for the final race of the season.

Finally got the car working with some good speed, then about 5 laps into the feature, the engine laid down with this being the culprit. Broken rocker on #7 exhaust valve. Breathing a sigh of relief that it wasn't more severe.

Rest in peace Steve Phillips.
