Today is a big day for our sweet Ella Mae.

She faces another step in her cleft journey, and we’re sending so much love, strength, prayers, and healing energy to her and her family.

Getting started is the hardest part sometimes.
Not because you can’t do it… but because your brain loves keeping you comfortable.

Try the thing. Take the class. Start the journey. Fall down if you have to. Then laugh, get back up, and keep going ✨.

Will it be perfect? Probably not 😂
Will you stumble a little? Most likely.
Will it still be worth it? Absolutely ✨

You never know what you’re capable of until you give yourself the chance. Don’t let fear shrink your world. There’s too much life waiting to be lived. Your future self is already cheering you on and we are too!
