Simms Custom Remodeling

Recent remodel. This used to be a separate mudroom and laundry room. Customer wanted to make it into one larger space. We repurposed the existing mud locker and moved it to a different wall, added some cabinets, reconfigured the old ones, and added a new countertop and faucet. We were able to match the existing floor, so the transition was seamless!

Let us design and create your home bar! This customer had a very unique space to work with. A dilapidated sun room and an already remodeled former one car garage. We took out a wall, demolished the sun room and created a space perfect for their needs!

Kitchen and bath remodel in Springboro. On this project we also tore out all the old trim, replaced with new and gave the whole house a fresh coat of paint, also new floors throughout.

Job we finished the Centerville. We opened up their kitchen and added a beautiful new bar top and woodwork surrounding it. Also, a complete redo of the master bedroom.

Stunning new kitchen and flooring we did in Mason

Renovation and repairs we did at a house in Centerville. The game room had major water damage. We also replaced most of the flooring in main level. On this job, our customer wanted to do the painting herself to save money. We are always willing work with our customers to give them the product they want at the price they want.
