Why “Calling Early” Isn’t Always Early Enough for Your Pool Project

Every spring, as the weather starts to break, our phones begin ringing with homeowners excited to finally move forward with a new pool or a major renovation.

And almost every day now, we hear some version of this:

“We figured we were calling early this year.”

We completely understand the thought process—but in today’s environment, “early” doesn’t mean what it used to.

The Reality: We’re Still Building and Renovating Last Year’s Projects

By the time spring arrives, most reputable pool builders are already deep into projects that were designed, approved, and scheduled months earlier—often in the previous year.

At Arrow Master Pools, that’s exactly where we are:

Construction projects sold last season are already underway, with some nearing completion.
Renovations planned over the winter are scheduled into spring and early summer.
Our calendar is actively filling for the remainder of the year.

That doesn’t mean we can’t take on new projects, or smaller projects now—but it does mean timing expectations need to shift.
