A very quick watch!

The red was so bright I could see it from just glancing down this clean out in the yard! Pretty cool… but now have the burn the house down 🤯

Y’all! You don’t realize how much demo happens, and then once the demo has happened you also have a dumpster full of just packaging from all your stuff! All your flooring boxes, tile packaging, cabinet packaging, empty paint cans, lighting packaging, applicable packaging…. So much packaging 🤯 Be prepared for lots of dump runs and get yourself or a trailer.

Unfortunately, no - You cannot always trust what they say. This house was sold mid flip - they had done a lot of work but needed to do the finishes. This house was marked as "permitted" on the disclosures and we made the mistake of NOT checking the city's permitting system. Well, lesson learned. It was not permitted and we had to tear out new drywall that had already been textured so the city could see the work. To make it all worse, the previous flippers did not have it done correctly, so not only did we lose a couple thousand on tearing out drywall and redoing it, we lost another $3k on paying a plumber to fix everything. Don't made our $5k mistake!

PS - Peep the 123 YEAR old shiplap walls! This one was built in 1910. How cool!
