STANDARDS

“Guard your routines.”

Routines aren’t boring.
They’re protective.

Your routines are the fence around the life you’re trying to build.

And if you don’t guard them,
life will slowly take them.

One late night becomes a pattern.
One missed workout becomes a gap.
One “busy week” becomes a month.

Scripture warns us:
“Keep your heart with all vigilance.”

That’s not just spiritual—
that’s practical.

You guard what you want to keep.

Guard your training time.
Guard your recovery.
Guard what you consume.

Not because you’re extreme…
because you’re serious.

You don’t need to protect every minute.
You just need to protect the routines
that keep you from drifting.

Standards protect progress.
