Flow Media
Flow Media was established in 2015 to help organizations tell deeper, more engaging stories and craft clearer messages for their audiences. Media/News Company
Today marks 10 years since Flow Media officially incorporated. It was a fun run at times, but the business will be officially closing soon.
I (Courtney) am grateful for everything I learned from being part of this venture. Thanks to that original group of partners for urging me to be a part of it.

This was a no-brainer. When you're asked to list yourself as an Iowa business against human trafficking, are you going to say no? Every business and every person should be against human trafficking.
We are building a statewide army to fight human trafficking. Here's a few of the 300+ businesses that have pledged to join the Iowa Businesses Against Human Trafficking Coalition. Join the ranks & pledge to “Learn Something” and “Do Something” by visiting IBAT.iowa.gov.

Tonight is the premiere of "The Giver". This is the biggest production Flow has created to date, and you know we've done some cool videos. Seriously, even if you're not a show choir fan, this film will blow you away. The artistry of the music, dance, and filmmaking shows what can happen when a great team comes together to make something special in a year when so much was...well, not special. Huge props to the students and their teachers at Ankeny Centennial and Linn-Mar high schools.

I'm totally biased, having co-founded Matthew 25 with my brother Clint Twedt-Ball, but even though I no longer work there, I still love the way Matthew 25 operates.
Last week, I had the privilege of witnessing volunteers from around the communuty gave their time, talents, and resources to help people during Matthew 25's Transform Week, Derecho Edition. This is just a quick video I made while on site.

Hey, peeps. We're looking for someone with a nice home or apartment we could film a commercial in. Even better if you have a treadmill or elliptical machine.
We came sooooo close to hitting our goal yesterday! All we need is $150 more to reach $5,000 in seed funding for Courtney's short film "The Bridge". If you want to help push us over the line, here's the link: https://forms.gle/j2xi7qgCvvVdiAq49
