First year of Camp Cadence is in the books! We had our final concert last night. 13 groups performed some of the most amazing chamber music repertoire. Our chamber orchestra kicked off the concert and we heard a demonstration of our creative composition class. So excited to complete your one in our way looking forward to Camp Cadence 2027. So grateful to our partners Orchestra Iowa and Cadence Chamber Music with support from the ACMP!!

It has been an incredible week of music making at Camp Cadence. Students have learned over 20 different works and created their own through our creative composition class.

Tone balls are formed by years of dust and fuzz collecting inside the instrument, and after years of vibration creates a little ball.

Calling all violinists and violists! Join us this summer for group classes that are being led by some of the area's top string instructors. Taking place June - August, you will study advanced techniques and repertoire pertaining to your instrument, explore ensemble playing, and prepare intensively for All State auditions.
