When you host a dinner for friends, I could but pretzel buns or I could make my own.

I absolutely hate leftovers. 🤢

And then I also absolutely hate letting things go to waste! So I take my strawberry tops and my chicken carcasses and I freeze them all so I can use them at a later date.

This morning was a big freezer clean out and we are making strawberry syrup, chicken stock, and then I will use bananas that we had in the freezer to make banana muffins and then I use the peels to make banana syrup!

Garden harvest has kept us busy canning! Today we made six pints of Fynn's Famous Ranch Pickles! If you love a Bloody Mary, these are a must! I made half spicy, because that's how I like mine. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Dill sourdough is next!

Garden is on fire with this weather! 3 quarts of pickled pepperoncini and 3 pints of pickled radishes.

I like hobbies. I had to pause baking because I hit Amazon Prime a little too hard and now I'm apparently a book binder.

I love to read, so this seemed like a great next step.
