Job opening : Account Associate to support our Commercial Line Insurance

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Account Associate to support our Commercial Lines team. You’ll handle administrative tasks, assist with policy processing, and deliver excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy updates

Manage certificates, ID cards, invoices, and binders

Review policies, prepare submissions, proposals
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies

Maintain accurate client data in agency systems

Support new and renewal business workflows

Communicate with team members and provide responsive service
Willing to learn in using relevant software and tools; experience in insurance software is an advantage
Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
