Our Mission is Simple
Help provide support to K.I.D.S. whose parents are battling cancer. The Patsy R.
Skinner Cancer Foundation (PRS) was founded in February 2002 in memory of the late Patsy R. Skinner who lost her battle with Breast Cancer and Lawrence Skinner who is now battling Prostate Cancer.
Our Mission is to help underprivileged children whose parents or legal guardians are battling cancer or who have lost their battle with cancer.
