Aspire – Spanish Peaks Recreational Center
We’re thrilled to share our work on Aspire, a 27,846 sq. ft. multi level recreational hub at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club in Big Sky, MT. This thoughtfully designed space blends fitness, wellness, dining, and family amenities with year round outdoor experiences.

Our team handled all rough framing and delivered the intricate mass timber package—ensuring seamless coordination with conventional framing. From the fitness studio and dining area to expansive decks overlooking the pool, Aspire showcases our precision and expertise in architecturally complex mountain environments.

This week our team sharpened our skills with an Angles and Speed Square training session. We’re always working to improve our craft because precise work leads to safer job sites and better results for our clients. Excited to keep investing in our team and the craft that sets us apart.

Agra Tech completed the full framing package for Tschache Lane in Bozeman—over 100,000 sq. ft. of multifamily and single-unit housing! Proud to deliver precision framing and seamless integration of trusses and SIP components. Excited to see this place come to life!

Agra Tech celebrated with a Top-Out Luncheon at Cabana Kyrene as we completed the top floor of the first building. Nearly 80 team and trade partners gathered for Traeger-smoked rib-eye steak, salad, chips and salsa, churros, pineapple empanadas—and great company.

Progress is moving fast at Cabana Kyrene, in South Tempe, where Agra Tech is delivering 187,000 square feet of rough framing using high-efficiency on-site wall production. The project will offer 229 rental homes across six three-story buildings, including 90 studios, 93 one-bedrooms, and 46 two-bedrooms.

Framing is now complete on the new Gallatin Gateway Fire Station, and Agra Tech is proud to be part of the construction teams bringing this essential facility to life. With over 9,000 square feet, the new station will provide the Gallatin Gateway Fire District with the room, functionality, and upgrades needed to support emergency response. This project reflects our commitment to quality construction, reliable timelines, and a strong safety culture—both on-site and in the communities we serve.
