With over 30 years of experience working locally within the asian-restaurant community, Chef Ike-san is now bringing his own unique take on Japanese cuisine to the Roanoke Valley! Having traveled the globe, Chef Ike has garnered an extensive palette of flavors, both traditional and not. You'll find each dish carries with it, a bit of his own personal journey.
