Wheels of Giving: Car Show Fuels Community and Kindness Last week, the only way that Tamera "Tami" Marshall could get around town was on an electric scooter. Now the Castro Valley resident is driving a refurbished Jeep SUV thanks to the kindness and donations of the Castro Valley community.
