This is why we celebrate Memorial Day🇺🇲. For all of those who have served our county and have fought for our freedom! No matter who you are or what your beliefs are, we all should come together and thanks those that sacrificed their life so we could be where we are today ❤️

Listen up America.
I don’t give a damn if you are black, white, Mexican, Asian, purple, or green.
I don’t give a damn if you voted for Trump, Hillary, or your cat.
I don’t give a damn if you are gay, straight, 42 different genders, or if you identify as a Parakeet on Monday and a milkshake on Friday.
On Memorial day every single one of you has the right to be whoever and whatever you want because men and women gave their life.
A complete stranger took a bullet for YOU.
They did not ask your political party, sexual orientation, race or religion. Men and women came before us and fought so that we could live in a land that allowed us to arm ourselves, play dress up, create wealth, and be as weird or as normal as we wanted.
On memorial day WE THE PEOPLE (every single one of you) should show respect and honor to those who have come before us, and those who have paid the ultimate price so that we can live in the greatest country on earth and have the freedom to do and be whatever the hell we want.
To every soul that’s served, THANK YOU, your efforts and sacrifices were not in vein.
GOD BLESS AMERICA.
🇺🇸

Combustion Air: What Is It? Why Is It Important? 05/17/2021

COMBUSTION AIR: WHAT IS IT? WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?

"Combustion Air – (1) Air that is supplied to combustion appliances to be used in the combustion of fuels and the process of venting combustion gases. Inadequate combustion air can lead to dangerous problems. (2) The duct work installed to bring fresh, outside air to the furnace and/or hot water heater. Normally 2 separate supplies of air are brought in: one high (for ventilation) and one low (for combustion)."

"Combustion byproducts, such as carbon monoxide, can lead to many ill effects. This includes headaches, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, and even death. When your furnace has a blockage or backdraft and cannot properly vent, combustion gases cannot escape."

Combustion Air: What Is It? Why Is It Important? A recent fast moving snowstorm expected to bring heavy accumulation of snowfall had XCEL Energy (natural gas supplier) warning radio listeners of making sure exterior vents were not blocked by snow buildup. Xcel's concern, obviously, was a safety issue

These are just a few pictures from a home inspection completed this past weekend. This inspection was done on a newly constructed home. As you can see...if you are looking at purchasing a 'new build' it is still very important to have a home inspection performed by a third party inspector.
