An unfussy local and historic pub plating World Famous Fried Chicken and other southern inspired fare.

The Castle Hotel and Bar began as the gathering place for quarry workers, ranchers, and travelers during the 1890's. Around 1910, The Castle Hotel and Cafe became the stopover for travelers between Denver and Colorado Springs.
