STOP SAYING SORRY & STOP APOLOGIZING for...
It's normal to have an "I'm sorry!" pop out of your mouth in general conversation. Is it really a necessary phrase, though, in most cases? Think about when you say it, how you use it, and how it can be more impactful if used LESS or MORE in the right/wrong situations.
