But most of all, we like each other, have fun, and make each other better people! We love our TMMC family and had such a fun time celebrating this holiday season!!!

A nice lunch out, followed by LIFE SIZE MONOPOLY (yes, you heard that right! SO FUN!)

Then an afternoon potluck, followed by games, secret Santa/elfster and prizes!

TMMC is excited to celebrate Escavera Master Owners Association and their Fire Mitigation Committee, Board of Directors, and homeowners for being recognized for their hard work, dedication and proactive efforts to mitigate wildfire risks in their beautiful community!

Colorado HOAs partner with Castle Rock Fire: "Creating balance between beauty and fire" In the wake of fires in other parts of the state, the Castle Rock Fire Department is teaching residents and homeowners associations to be proactive and create defensible space in their own communities.

On International Women’s Day, we are inspired by EVERY SINGLE woman that we have the honor of working alongside at TMMC! You all are incredible people that give so much to those in your lives….work, personal…all aspects! You deserve to be honored this day and EVERY DAY!!! 💕

Congratulations to our very own, Autumn Brin for earning the Association Management Specialist (AMS®) credential from Community Associations Institute (CAI)! Autumn is one of more than 6,000 managers worldwide who have earned this prestigious designation.

“Professionals who earn CAI credentials maximize the value they can provide to their community association clients,” said CAI Chief Executive Officer Thomas M. Skiba, CAE. “Not only have these professionals demonstrated a personal commitment to self-improvement, but they have also elevated their practical knowledge and expertise. That’s what all community associations need, and what board members and residents deserve.”

Professional managers provide administrative, operational and managerial counsel to the boards that govern homeowners and condominium associations. Managers typically are responsible for managing budgets and contractors, directing association personnel and overseeing compliance with association covenants and restrictions.

So happy to announce that Lauren Hill, the FIRST graduate of the Community Association Manager Apprentice Program via Arapahoe Community College & CAI Rocky CAI - Rocky Mountain Chapter, has obtained her CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and her AMS (Association Management Specialist).

We're so proud of Lauren and her hard work, her determination and her professional standards. She sets the bar high for our future apprenticeship programs and she's truly a role model for anyone in the Community Association World.

Way to go, Lauren!!! Thank you to TMMC Property Management for allowing, motivating, and encouraging Lauren to achieve this success.

Today our TMMC family is OVER THE MOON! Our CAI-RMC/ACC Apprentice, Lauren Hill, obtained her AMS (Association Management Specialist) certification, (also obtained her CMCA through the program)!!!
