Our last frost is (supposed to be) behind us, and Memorial Day is right around the corner, making it the perfect time to start your garden. Our Seed Library is still lush with a large variety of seeds, so come in and pick up your 6 packets before the holiday. While you're here, check out a gardening book or a farmer's almanac. Your garden will thank you.

This is always a special day, but thanks to our wonderful volunteers and celebrity readers, this year’s celebration was especially memorable for the first graders at the heart of it all. 📚

Across Wyoming, we celebrated the 28th annual . Here in Natrona County, nearly 1,000 first-grade students had the chance to choose and take home their very own book while sharing stories with the many celebrity readers who helped make the day meaningful and fun.

Thanks to the Sue Jorgensen Library Foundation, we have the privilege of celebrating with young learners each year. And thanks to the support of our schools, volunteers, partners, and community members, this year’s event was truly unforgettable.

We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone again next year as we approach three decades of supporting young readers. 📖

It was a very busy day in the Creation Station today. If you have a project of your own that you want to create, book a time with one of our librarians and we'll gladly teach you how to use any of our machines.

We've also updated our creation station webpage with a handy "Machine Access Guidelines" document that tells you exactly what you can freely use, and what needs an appointment.

Did you miss this event last week? We've uploaded it to our YouTube page for you to catch up.

This was a great opportunity to speak directly with your state legislators. If you have any questions about the recent budget session, we highly recommend watching the recording to see if your question was answered.
