We’re bringing this message to the AG community—and we need your help.
Out here, we take care of our own.
But the truth is… too many people are carrying more than anyone can see.
That’s why Ropes & Roses Therapy Services, in partnership with the nonprofit Cultivating Community & Wellness, is creating a public mural with a simple, powerful message:
Don’t Check Out. Check In.
This isn’t just art.
It’s a reminder—to our neighbors, our families, and our ag community—that connection matters, and no one has to carry it alone.
On the back side, we’re including real support:
📞 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline
📞 AgriStress Helpline for farmers & ranchers
Because awareness only matters if people know where to turn.
⸻
We’re currently looking for sponsors to help bring this project to life.

• Print and distribute outreach materials across Wyoming
• Connect more people to life-saving resources
✨ All donations are tax-deductible through our nonprofit partner, Cultivating Community & Wellness.
⸻
If this message matters to you—or to someone you love—please consider being part of it.

Out here, we look out for each other.

🎄The holidays don’t have to be loud, full, or “perfect” to be meaningful.🎄
Sometimes the most healing choice is allowing yourself to do less — and to let that be enough.
At Ropes & Roses Therapy Services, we believe honoring your capacity is an act of care, not failure.
If this season feels heavy, you’re allowed to choose a quieter path.
Our motto is…
💫 Don’t Check Out;Check In 💫
With yourself. With your body. With what you actually need right now. 🌹

Don't forget to stop by the 🎄 Ropes & Roses Holiday Open House TODAY from 1-4 and be sure to say hello & welcome our newest addition to the staff, Ryan Grady!
Ryan brings a strong background in organization, operations, and human connection to her role as Office Assistant at Ropes & Roses Therapy Services. With over a decade of experience in hospitality and administrative leadership, Ryan has a natural ability to keep systems running smoothly while making people feel genuinely welcomed and supported.
Before joining Ropes & Roses, Ryan held leadership roles including General Manager and Director of Housekeeping for large hotel properties, where she oversaw complex scheduling, billing, staff coordination, and day-to-day operations. Her attention to detail, efficiency, and calm presence make her a steady and reliable support for both clients and clinicians.
At Ropes & Roses, Ryan is often the friendly voice on the phone or the first face you see when you arrive. She helps manage scheduling, communication, and office flow, while also lending a creative touch to events and clinic operations. Ryan values meaningful connection and takes pride in creating an environment where clients and families feel at ease.
Outside of work, Ryan is a creative entrepreneur and artist, bringing the same care and thoughtfulness to her artwork that she brings to her role at the clinic. She is grateful to be part of a team that blends compassion, nature, and purpose — and is proud to support the healing work that happens every day at Ropes & Roses.
We feel very blessed to have Ryan on board!

🌾 Tough Doesn’t Have to Mean Silent 🐎🤠
In cowboy and ranching/farm life, grit runs deep — but so does the weight of silence.
This Western Horseman article on Addressing Mental Health in the Cowboy Community highlights a growing movement to talk openly about depression, addiction, and loss in Western culture.
A century ago, nearly 1 in 3 Americans lived on farms. Today, it’s about 1.6% of the workforce — yet that small group still shoulders much of the nation’s food supply.
As the agricultural population has shrunk, rural towns have thinned out, community support has faded, and mental-health resources have become harder to reach. Combine that with a culture that prizes toughness and privacy, and the result is isolation that can turn deadly.
That’s why spaces like The Outside Circle Show — and organizations like Ropes & Roses Therapy Services — matter so deeply. They remind us that vulnerability is strength, and that connection is the real heart of resilience.
If you or someone you love is struggling, you’re not alone.
