The National Park Service has given us its final approval today on the National Historical Registration for the Rehab work we completed on our beautiful building. We made it look as close as we could to the original when this property was built to house JC Penny. We hope you all appreciate the effort to give back a sense of our Casper History. It was with great effort by Caspar Building Systems Inc our General on this project. Our Subcontractors included Limmer Roofing, Casper Electric, Air Innovations, Apex Plumbing, MOA Arhcitects, and others. We appreciate all the work all of our Contractors did.

Many are probably wondering why the look of the Atrium Plaza has changed and looks like its under construction. Here is your answer. We had to remove the facade off the front and sides so that we can get the building placed on the historical registry. The next step is that we will be making the outside of the building more closely resemble the original look when it was built fro JC Penny's. Next summer we will be putting windows back in the second story like this picture shows.
