With nearly a 3 year length of time before return, and an average cost of 62 cents per ounce, maybe the cost of beef isn’t so high in comparison to the $8 coffees or modern conveniences we’ve come accustomed to. At the end of the day, beef is actually a super good with 10 essential vitamins and minerals, excellent protein source and not to mention tasty. Thank you Grand View Beef for this post idea. As a direct to consumer producer it’s our job to help educate customers and the public. Note- these are an average of days for our operation some calves take longer to finish then others and so many factors affect the timeline like weather and feed.
