I’m not sure I have the energy to start another business but I’ve been considering opening a Welcome Wagon.
Who remembers those?
Any time someone new came into the community the Welcome Wagon would come out with a basket of goodies and coupons from local businesses. They would tell you about community events and give you information on unique things in your community.
Not sure if I will get that business plan together but in the meantime…everyone I meet gets to hear all about why I love Casper ❤️
And I bet there are things I haven’t discovered yet!

I love flowers! Plants! trees!
Every house we’ve owned I have spent hours creating outdoor living spaces.
Planting various flowers and shrubbery.
I like to play with dirt 🪴
What I’ve discovered is that what brings me joy often to a new home buyer can be overwhelming.
Plants, shrubs and grass take time and effort so when you’re house shopping don’t forget to consider the outdoor living spaces.
