On Monday we celebrated the man, the myth, the legend, Marlin Hanson.

Marlin’s steady leadership, deep operational knowledge, and genuine care for the people around him have shaped not only how we do business, but who we are as a team. As we celebrate this milestone, we also want to acknowledge the relationships he has built, the mentorship he has offered, and the countless ways he has gone above and beyond for drivers, staff, and customers alike.

Governor Mark Gordon has proclaimed February 22-28, 2026 as Professional Engineers Week in Wyoming and we're celebrating in style!
Bridger Pipelines Mechanical Engineer, Isaiah Rodolph, spent time giving back to the community by volunteering at Verda James Elementary, where he worked with nearly 70 third graders on an exciting engineering challenge. 🏗️
The students were each given the same materials (four popsicle sticks, six straws, six mints, two index cards, and tape) and tasked with building a "Mint Mobile." Once the vehicles were complete, it was time to put them to the test! 🏎️ Each creation was raced down a ramp to see which one could travel the furthest.
This is just one small part of a much bigger effort! Cindy Jones, UW Assistant Dean for Student Success at the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences, oversees a statewide K-14 outreach program that coordinates engineering activities throughout the year. This Engineers Week alone, professional engineers from Wyoming Board of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors and student ambassadors from UW will reach over 5,000 third graders in every corner of Wyoming. 🌟
Thank you to Isaiah and everyone involved for inspiring the next generation of engineers! Events like this remind us why engineering matters and that it can be a whole lot of fun!💡
