🔥 COMMUNITY SUPPORT THAT IGNITES HOPE! 🔥

A HUGE shoutout and heartfelt THANK YOU to Chuck's Auto Repair Services - CARS for hosting an incredible Toolbox Raffle Fundraiser benefiting Fireside Collective and raising over $10,000! 🙌

This generosity goes far beyond a dollar amount. It represents hope, healing, and new beginnings for women in our community navigating addiction, incarceration, trauma, and other life-controlling obstacles.

Through peer support, recovery resources, jail outreach, advocacy, and trauma-informed programming, Fireside Collective is committed to walking alongside women as they move beyond survival and build lives of freedom, resilience, and purpose.

To the entire Chuck’s Automotive team and everyone who purchased raffle tickets, donated, or helped make this fundraiser possible: YOU are helping ignite lasting change in the lives of women right here in our community!

We are incredibly grateful for businesses that believe in second chances and invest in the women we serve. ❤️‍🔥

Please help us in welcoming one of our new board members, Aubrey Attaway! Aubrey, whose heart for helping others and belief in second chances closely align with our mission, has quickly become an asset to Fireside Collective and the women we serve.

Her connection to Fireside began when she learned more about limited options for long-term addiction recovery in Wyoming. After meeting our Executive Director Ashley and hearing the vision for Fireside Collective, she knew it was something she wanted to be part of. Aubrey is especially passionate about the support services and trauma healing Fireside provides to help women continue moving forward, especially after treatment.

Currently finishing her bachelor’s degree and preparing to graduate this month, she also works as a caretaker for two individuals with disabilities. At the center of her work and community involvement is a simple motivation: she loves helping people. Recently, she and her husband volunteered with Parents as Teachers at a community baby shower and helped the Fuller Center House of Central Wyoming clean up the yard of a widow and disabled Navy veteran.

One of her most meaningful experiences as a Fireside board member was accompanying our Executive Director as they helped a woman traveling to treatment. Seeing hope on the woman’s face made the experience especially powerful and reinforced why this work matters.

Serving on the Fireside Collective Board has also given her a deeper understanding of addiction and recovery. “My heart is to see these women set free,” she shares. She believes everyone deserves a second chance and someone willing to walk beside them through life’s darkest valleys.

That belief is personal, too. After marrying her best friend last year and moving to Casper, she describes her own story as receiving a “redo” on marriage. She has two adult children, a daughter who lives in Casper and a son serving in the U.S. Navy on the East Coast. Outside of work and Fireside, her favorite moments are spent with family, especially when traveling together.

The advice she would give her younger self reflects the same grace she hopes others experience: “Learn to forgive yourself and give yourself grace. Life is hard, and it’s okay not to be perfect.”

She is grateful for the opportunity to serve Fireside Collective and to be part of an organization that comes alongside women when they need hope, support, and someone willing to walk with them toward a different future.

And as for her new home in Casper? She loves it here, minus the wind, of course!
