Product was backordered nearly three months, but once it shipped it was delivered timely. Our fireplace pro didn’t have any issues installing it. The thermostat is a HUGE design flaw. HUGE. It’s clipped to the back of the blower rather than to the firebox so it doesn’t take good contact and won’t tell the blower to kick on or stay on. Finally folded up a big piece of aluminum foil and put between the thermostat and the firebox and that took care of it. Other than that the unit works great.
