This weekend I had the opportunity to visit University of Michigan and my old dorm room from junior and senior years. This room, in a historic, all women’s dorm, is where I had the idea for Not Alone Notes. It was a place where I struggled so much, with OCD, depression, and more. But it’s also where I wrote the first notes, was involved with Active Minds, directed a Mental Health Monologues, and where my mental health advocacy flourished. I’m so grateful for the perspective and continued growth. It gets better. Give it time.

We had a fabulous day at the Boston OCD Walk! Thanks to those who stopped by and wrote notes. Although the weather wasn’t reliable, we can always rely on the OCD community to come out and support one another💙🎉
