We are back into senior portrait season and kicking things off with this gorgeous girl from last week! Isn’t she stunning? It was pretty toasty outside so thankfully we had along with us for the session to do all the touch ups! I am going to try hard to do better about posting all of my seniors this year!

Another gorgeous Class of 2022 senior! This client chose a little park close to her house in downtown Raleigh that she grew up going to. I love that this added special meaning to her session!

Happy Valentine’s Day!! 💋 Since I don’t photograph weddings, I don’t often get to photography engagement sessions, but I’m sooo glad I got to do this one! and were the absolute best couple to photograph. I have photographed Logan since she was 13 and she has always been the perfect subject. Rhett was so easy going and comfortable in front of the camera. They are so cute together!! 💕💕

This girl broke the American record in the 100 fly last night!! This on top of her silver medal from the Olympics this summer in Tokyo! She is on fire!! Of course anyone in the neighborhood who saw her swim at 4 is not surprised at all! Congratulations Claire! Can’t wait to see where the next 4 years at Stanford take you!!

It’s graduation day for my very own class of 2021 senior!! We love you and can’t wait to see you thrive and flourish and Tennessee! 👩‍🎓💕

Graduation week is here for WCPSS! Yay and congrats to all the seniors out there! Here are some images from one of my favorites this year. I have know Max since he was a little guy and I know that his parents are so proud of the young man he has become. He has such a kind and gentle spirit but is fierce on the soccer field and is heading off to The College of Wooster to play soccer and pursue his next chapter!

I had to share my beautiful senior from today’s ordering appointment! She will be heading off to the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC in the fall to study fashion design! Best wishes for a fantastic year!

A few more of Class of 2021 Senior Reilly!

Then and Now! One of the best parts of my job is getting to watch my clients grow up before my eyes! I have been photographing Reilly since she was a year old and now she will be graduating from high school in just a few months. It has been an incredible honor to document her life and the life of her whole family for all these years. She has grown into a beautiful young woman and I can't wait to see where she goes next year!

Here’s to hoping for a brighter 2021! I know the is ready to put 2020 behind them and look forward with hope for the future. Many of the seniors that I photographed this year, my daughter included, have already written off their senior year and have fully focused their hope on starting college in the fall. Happy New Year to the Class of 2021!

Peace Out 2020

I had so much fun photographing Zach's senior pictures this year! I have been photographing his family for 12 years (I think?) and I loved photographing him out in his element at Lake wheeler with his single. I am am bit biased in my affection for the sport he chose to pursue as a middle schooler! I can't wait to see where rowing takes him next!
