Our postcards came in a day early yesterday, so we made a presentation to a room of brokers this morning! Bam.
Today we embarked on our maiden design voyage, crossing the high seas to visit one of our lake clients for a paint color consult 🚤 🎨

We just received word that our major project in Raleigh's Glenwood-Brooklyn Historic Overlay District received COA approval! That means "certificate of appropriateness".
The property overlooks Fletcher Park to the side and will have a MUCH improved park view once renovated! If you visit the park often, you likely know the house.
