New younger age-groups and new shorter distances were successfully introduced at Triangle Triathlon this past weekend. We look forward to expanding those next year.

Finishing an Ironman is already a huge accomplishment. The dedication, endless hours of training, sweat, sacrifices from the family, soreness, pain, injuries… it’s all part of the journey.

But when you finally find your name on that board… 🥹🥹🥹 that’s when you realize everything you went through was worth it.
