As we work to reset our boundaries this is more than a slogan. Protect Your Peace.

Practicing allows you to make sure this becomes a way of life.
No explanations needed. Examine your environment to ensure that you are not draining yourself with poor habits and stinking thinking.

Day 2 of our Boundary Reset. Healthy boundaries create space for peace, growth, and the right relationships to thrive.
Boundaries are filters - not walls - to help us protect our peace and Power.

This week we are focusing on setting healthy boundaries. Without healthy boundaries resentment will surely set in.
This time the issue may not be them, but perhaps actually your lack of boundaries and thinking that everyone else is supposed to You just like You do.
So let's tackle the first step of finding your boundaries by identifying where you end and everyone else begins. So whether it be through worship, meditation or screaming and hollering. We are about to unlock healing into our nervous system. And Yes I said We Chile!

Day 9 Keep Pushing. The win is just ahead. Yes. You are truly Closer than You Think.
