There’s nothing we love more than getting behind the scenes with the local businesses that make the Triangle food scene so special. 🌿 This time, our social media manager Arlem visited @sassoolcafe, one of the Triangle’s favorite Mediterranean spots, where @simonesaleh personally taught her how to make their brand-new Pizzette — a fresh, handcrafted bite topped with pesto, mozzarella, and tomato that’s hitting the menu this June through August. And seriously how good does that GF pizzette look! (First pic). We love the new GF crust that we’ve started to use!

There’s a reason our orzo is GREEN — we make our own parsley vinaigrette with a TON of fresh parsley. We add in mounds of bell pepper and olives, so that you aren’t just enjoying delicious orzo pasta salad, but you are also benefiting nutritionally!
