Housing isn’t just about real estate 🏡 it’s about opportunity, stability, and building generational wealth.

The challenges facing our communities are real. From the housing shortage across the Triangle to the growing need for affordable homeownership opportunities, the decisions made today will shape the future for generations to come.

That’s why tomorrow’s Legislative Day matters.

By showing up, sharing our stories, and advocating for policies that support housing affordability and sustainable homeownership, we have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of our communities.

Join us as we lend our voices to help create more pathways to homeownership and strengthen the dream of building generational wealth for all.

Together, we can turn advocacy into action.

Wednesday we head to Legislative Day with one goal: advocate for housing policies that create real pathways to homeownership.

Housing affordability starts with supply and conversations happening at every level matter.

From increasing starter-home inventory to supporting smart growth near jobs and everyday amenities, solutions exist. Now it’s about continuing to move the conversation forward.

Proud to represent our community with National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and advocate for housing opportunities that support today’s families and future homeowners. 🇺🇸🏡

📊 These numbers are exactly why Legislative Day matters. 🏛️✨

The Latino community is not only growing in North Carolina, we are helping shape the future of homeownership across the state. 🏡🇲🇽

📈 1.3 MILLION Latinos call NC home
🏠 Latinos were responsible for 16.1% of homeownership growth over the last decade
💼 Our community continues driving workforce and economic growth statewide

Behind every statistic is a family working toward stability, generational wealth, and the opportunity to own a home. That’s why advocacy matters. That’s why representation matters. And that’s why our voices need to be in the room during NC REALTORS® Legislative Day. ❤️

Together, we can continue pushing for housing opportunities, affordability, and sustainable Hispanic homeownership for future generations. 🤝🔥
