We had a great day today touring Joplin Regional Stockyards! Thank you Mark Harmon for providing so much information about the history, employment, and importance of the stockyards! Students were able to walk on the catwalk to see how behind the scenes of the auction work, watch the largest feeder cattle sale live, and enjoy lunch + ice cream to round out the day! A special thank you to Mrs. Mackie for tagging along with us!

Tomorrow is our field trip to Joplin! Please tell your child to come to Mrs. Price’s (Koch) classroom as soon as the bell rings.

We had a special visitor at our April Meeting! Thank you Mrs. Sparks for bringing Bella in and teaching us about the swine industry! 🐖

Our livestock group had a great time competing yesterday at the Show-Me Showdown in Willow Springs!

As a team, students placed 🌟 10th🌟 out of 17 teams yesterday!

We ended the day at Feed Lot with some lunch and ice cream! Congratulations to these hardworking students!

Our 4-H kiddos had a great end to the day! Our FFA kids swung by and let us explore their tractors!

Last night was our Gardening project meeting with Mrs. Mackie! Students had a chance to explore the high school greenhouse and plant their own seeds!

Our floral design members learned how to make candy arrangements this evening! Just in time for a Valentine’s Day gift! ❤️🍬

We had some special visitors tonight for our February meeting! A few of our FFA officers shared what opportunities you have in FFA and their favorite moments!

Last night kicked off our livestock judging practice!

We will have our February chapter meeting tomorrow after school in Ms. Koch's classroom!

What a fun experience for our members! Last night in we learned how to make fly knots in our fishing project! Look at those smiles!
