Think of that old classic car parked in a field somewhere in Middle America. Itβs not doing anything but getting beat up by itβs own inactivity. The paint, the state of its circulation systems, the oil that keeps the engine from seizing, and the power that keeps it all moving. Itβs all degrading every day it sits.
Same car parked in a controlled environment with basic service, basic upkeep, and some clean fuel?
We donβt get old, we get complacent. Keep moving.

3. Upper cut, alternate sides with a change in level.

6. Medicine Ball - Shove at wall. Add a burpee after the shove for a harder time
7. Grip training. Grip KB freestyle, grip push with bar.
8. Dumbbell incline press - low weight high reps
9. DB Carry. Walk the grass and return. One weight, switch bands at turn
10. KB Swings
