Off The Rocker Mobile Welding

About a month ago we custom fabricated this bed cover frame for this Polaris and gas can holder. This was a fun, challenging project. We were able to match the roof line, and most importantly make it removable and compatible with the “lock & Ride” system Polaris has on their beds. This frame is going to get a fabric cover made for it so the bed will be covered but also accessible from all sides.

A few months back we custom fabricated some things for this awesome ice cream truck. We fabricated the awning, serving shelf, ice cream cone holder, and the frames inside that hold the freezers.

Thanks again to The Pittmans for the opportunity to work on your new ice cream truck. They can be booked for events, etc. at 404 - 502 - 1552.

About a month ago we got this cardboard chute cut off and fabricated / installed a walking platform, sides, gate, and some safety chains for this trash compactor up in Dahlonegah, GA. Got it all done in a days work. This was a fun one and turned out great!

I strongly believe that sometimes the best life experiences come from just saying yes, and this was definitely one of them!

Recently a friend reached out saying that the local American legion needed someone to donate the materials & labor to finish de militarizing (welding all the hatches shut) this armored personnel carrier so it could be displayed. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity so I agreed. I had so much fun with this project.

I had no idea these were aluminum, it was mostly around 1-1/2” thick plate. This one specifically is a 1963 model made by Cadillac and had a small block gas engine when it was operable. I was shocked to find out these weren’t diesel. This one specifically spent time in Vietnam and it also could “swim” in the water which is cool. After its paint job this will be on display in front of the American Legion post 42 in Cartersville.

Thank you to everyone at the American legion for this great opportunity, it is an honor to have been trusted with this fine piece of history!

Just finished up this fab / onsite install job on Sunday in Canton, GA. Fabricated this tool box frame and this 12” x 12” x 18” hose hook that’s moveable. On site we fabricated a license plate tag holder, spare tire mount, remade the jack handle, and added some mesh to the rest of the trailer tongue. Turned out great!

Haven’t posted in a while, so here’s a job we did recently up in Dawsonville, GA….

Fabricated and installed this beautiful textured gate, welded a SS chain together to hold up this light fixture, and lastly rebuilt some existing handrail brackets onsite to accommodate their wood rail design.

Got this rustic kitchen island built for some great clients last weekend in Atlanta. They’re making their own wood top and shelves, this frame definitely looked great with their other home decore!

Here’s a job we did back in January. We welded up this structure in Dawsonville. The view over lake Lanier was beautiful! They tacked everything up and welded some areas for us with their little machine they had to hold the structure up, then we came in and ground everything out and put some good strong welds in!

If you or someone you know is looking for their next or first welding setup, send them my way, I finally got my old machine fixed up flawlessly and ready for its new home!

We finished off 2025 with welding up 4 curtain walls to these galvanized beams in Powdersville, SC on a new construction elementary school, Oak Hill Elementary. We welded about 78 clips in 1-1/4 days, passed inspection, then got home just in time for the new year.
