Registered Representative / Financial Services Specialist (Financial Planning)

Base salary: $60,000–$80,000 (based on experience)

Overview:
We’re hiring a Registered Representative/Financial Services Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with at least 12 months of financial planning experience who enjoys working directly with clients, following a clear process, and building long-term relationships.

The Role:
- Support the financial planning process from discovery through implementation and ongoing service

- Conduct client meetings (in-person/virtual), gather data, and document goals and recommendations

- Help implement solutions (e.g., investment and insurance-related recommendations, where appropriate)

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 12 months experience in financial planning
- Life, Accident & Sickness license
- FINRA Series 6
- FINRA Series 63
- FINRA Series 65

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $60,000–$80,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Monthly commission opportunities
