As practice leaders, we want to make the most of our position. We have the ability to create solutions for areas that need refinement,  improvement, or sometimes a whole overhaul!
Let's use this time to make things happen. Write out your plan, give specifics as to Who, Why, When, Where. And remember, it should be measurable to make sure it's working! .

Feel Good Friday! This is a collage of a young girl and I being silly and taking a whole album of snapchat filtered pics a few years ago. I had the privilege of meeting her at a girls home (orphanage) in Ensenada. This filter was so fitting 😁.
She was one of maybe 40 young girls ranging from toddler to 18yrs. She was so excited to explore my phone and take all these pictures. She laughed like a beautiful soul. 💗
I dont know all the reasons why she was there. At that moment, all that mattered was that I was her friend and we laughed and played kick ball and she blessed me as much as I did her.
I had the honor of speaking to these girls, and took that opportunity to remind them that they were born with a great purpose, and their current situation doesnt define who they are and the potential of all they can be!!! I pray they will remember those words throughout their lifetime! 👑
I want to remind YOU●Me●We the same here today.
We have so much to offer! Let's live full out and on purpose.
